Affordable Assisted Living
Village at Oakwood gives preferences to those who need supportive and personal care services. Prospective residents have to be a member of the Medicaid ADvantage Waiver Program. All meals, housekeeping, personal care, medication administration, coordinated transportation, laundry service, and life enrichment activities are available if you choose to receive these services from the on-site provider. Our resident assistants are available 24 hours a day to give you a helping hand in a friendly and dignified manner. Services are customized to your individual wishes and needs as determined by an assessment.
The Oklahoma City Housing Authority provides assistance with the housing component. Village at Oakwood residents must be age 62 or better and meet income guidelines as stipulated by:
• HUD Housing Assistance (Section 8)
• IRS Section 42 Affordable Housing Tax Credits (AHTC) Program
